1. The Bags Hackathon Contingency

The WIN TOGETHER event is explicitly tied to the success of PasteBags in The Bags Hackathon (hosted by Bags.fm). The hackathon judges distribute grants based strictly on Real Traction, measuring holistic on-chain performance and verified application usage. Prize pools and point-to-token conversions will only be distributed if PasteBags secures a winning placement or grant from the hackathon's $1M distribution tranche. If the project does not win, the event points will remain on record for future utility but no immediate liquid prize pool will be distributed.

2. Not Financial Advice

The information provided throughout this event, including token holding mechanics and point multipliers, is strictly for educational, gamification, and promotional purposes. Nothing presented constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Cryptocurrency markets, including Solana and $PASTE, are highly volatile. You should conduct your own rigorous research (DYOR) and consult with a licensed financial advisor before making any purchasing or holding decisions. PasteBags assumes no liability for any financial losses incurred while participating.

3. Point Accumulation and Snapshot Mechanics

Points are awarded via two primary avenues: Daily Tasks and Holding $PASTE. The automatic $PASTE holding snapshot occurs daily at exactly 23:59 UTC. You must hold your tokens in the exact Solana wallet connected to your registered profile at the precise time of the snapshot to receive points. Moving tokens immediately before or after the snapshot may result in points failing to register. PasteBags is not responsible for delayed on-chain indexing resulting in missed snapshots.

4. Fair Play, Verification & Anti-Sybil Policy

The Bags Hackathon strictly mandates that all winning projects are publicly verified on-chain, and actively penalizes artificial growth. Therefore, malicious manipulation jeopardizes the entire PasteBags application. Any user found leveraging bot farms, Sybil networks, fake X (Twitter) accounts, or automated scripts to interact with the event tasks will be permanently banned and their points voided without warning. Rigorous manual reviews are enacted daily to verify the legitimacy of submitted tasks and referral networks.

5. Modifications

PasteBags reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the WIN TOGETHER event, including its mechanics, multipliers, and prize distribution ratios, at any time without prior notice if unforeseen technical or regulatory circumstances arise.
